💖Love it or Need To Return it? We totally get that shopping online sometimes means needing a return or exchange. Here’s how we make it easy:
🔄Exchanges - Email us ASAP at shop@hellodarlingwagga.com and we will hold the correct item for up to 5 business days until we receive your return.
💳Returns and Refunds - Full Priced Items: Returns must be within 28 days with original packaging and tags attached to receive a full refund or credit note.
Sale items - Returns within 14 days for a credit note.
🚫Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
📦Return Shipping: Please get a tracking number when sending items back as we can’t be responsible for lost packages. Return shipping costs are the purchasers responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. Refunds and credit notes will be processed once we receive your return.
